Choose a S/M if you are 177cm tall or less*

Or

Choose a M/L/XL if you are taller than 177cm or if you just like your ponchos super baggy.*

*175cm - 178cm if you like your poncho baggy or have a larger body shape then the larger size might be better, if you are slight and 178cm the S/M might still fit well.
